Before migrating to Australia in 2011 and before becoming a Financial Planner in Australia, Pieter was a personal injury lawyer for 15 years in Pretoria, South Africa.
When Pieter worked closely with his clients, he started to win some very large compensation payouts for them, sometimes seven-figure sums. Pieter wanted to help further in ensuring this new found wealth would last. Pieter often witnessed families losing their compensation payouts due to poor financial management. Families just could not manage large sums of money on their own, and Pieter soon realised that more value could be added. This area of advice was rewarding to Pieter in terms of making a difference in peoples lives and became the inspiration behind becoming a qualified Financial Adviser.
